    "content": "I have looked at all the 16 issues that have been addressed by the Committee and I must say that if this House wants to seriously play the oversight role that is one of the three pillars in our mandate as an institution, then we must give serious regard to this Report. This Report makes it absolutely clear that if this House does not put its foot down; if this House does not treat this matter with utmost seriousness, the Government will continue to ignore the Fiscal Management Act. And the Committee is very clear when it says that, and I quote them in the very first point they make in their report on page 5, that:-"
