    "content": " Hon. Speaker, this is a very serious case. The Clerk of the Departmental Committee on Agriculture and Livestock is here. You can direct that she moves fast. In the absence of the Chair and Vice-Chair, the Committee Clerk can move fast because this is an emergency. The outbreak is not only in Machakos and Central. I have heard reports this afternoon that it is also happening in Western Kenya. I suggest that we take immediate steps to direct the Committee Clerk to liaise with the Ministry so that we can get some money to deal with this matter."
