"content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to let the former Leader of the Majority Party know that the county headquarter for Nyandarua was taken by Laikipia and he is totally out of order to mislead the House and the nation that there was no policy. The policy was that Nyandarua having lost its county headquarter to Laikipia and any county that did not have a county headquarter done by the former national government required to have been provided with a county headquarter. This has been in the budget for the last eight years. I do not know why he is complaining about it now."
