Could the Cabinet Secretary confirm whether the National Government has any plans to construct a sewerage system in Kabarnet Town which is the Baringo County Headquarters? If so, when will the project commence so as to address the continued discharge of untreated waste along the roads and open areas in Kabarnet Town? Thank you Hon. Speaker."
