    "content": "In view of the urgency of this Business and the need for the House to consider and approve the Supplementary Estimates, which will facilitate publication of the Supplementary Appropriation Bill, the hon. Minister has approached the Chair requesting to Table the Supplementary Estimates and give Notice of the Motion. I have considered the matter and acceded to the hon. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance’s request to Table the Supplementary Estimates and give Notice of the Motion to enable the House to transact Business under Order No.8. In addition, the Business shall commence not later than 3.30 p.m. pursuant to provisions of Standing Order No.156 (3)"
