Speaker, it is common sense that you cannot oversee an institution that is investigating you. So, I have read our Standing Orders. I have not seen the directive that we will take so that as NCIC investigates Hon. Charles Were, it is not in any way intimidated by his oversight role in the NCEOC. I, therefore, seek your directive. Is it in order for him to be the one overseeing the institution that is investigating him? It is common sense that he should not, but common sense is not common to everybody. Remember he is the one who complains. So, should he resign, step aside or be removed from NCEOC? I thank you, Hon. Speaker."
