    "content": "Remember the National Assembly, according to Article 95 of the Constitution, oversees all national state organs including the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) which is generally overseen by the Departmental Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs, as well as the NCIC. These institutions investigate Members here. They are never scared whether they are investigating Members who oversee them or not. So, that is a matter that can be sorted out within the functions of the Commission. They will deal with it. Hon. (Dr.) Pukose is suggesting that he wants to do something a bit radical. Hon.
