"content": "The Njuri-Ncheke has seen a person who has grown from serving in the Judiciary for over 15 years. You served the people of Siakago Constituency for 10 years. You served here as a Whip in the Opposition. You served as the Chairman of the Public Investments Committee (PIC). You have served as the Speaker of this House and the Chairman of the Centre for Multiparty Democracy (CMD). If there is anyone with more experience, especially in the Mt. Kenya region, it is you. Your coronation as Mt. Kenya East region spokesman is well deserved. For that, we all rise to congratulate you from all angles and every space that we look. I served with you in the Parliamentary Service Commission. You are a man of integrity. Even at times when people expected that you would do something out of this world, you always stood by your word and put your foot down. Congratulations!"
