"content": "Secondly, I would like to inform our Members that Njuri-Ncheke is a long-lasting council of elders which was there even before Independence. They take time to analyse before they take action. They are the ones who resolve very difficult problems of boundaries and many other problems. They must have watched you over time and realised the kind of person you are. This House is applauding you today because you are a very special man in this country. You have time for everyone. You are extremely patient. You take time to make decisions which are very well informed."
