    "content": " Hon. Speaker, we celebrate you and I stand to thank you for taking up the position that was bestowed to you by the very esteemed NjuriNcheke over the weekend. It is great to note that a man from a very dusty village somewhere in Embu can rise to the position that you have risen to in your life. This is a story that gives hope to many young people who begin from nowhere. I know your story. I know about you going to school without shoes as a young boy. I know your ambition that saw you rise to become one of the finest legal minds in your time. You had the opportunity to serve this country as a very good judicial officer; a magistrate and a judge. I had the opportunity to witness - as a young man - how you ran campaigns and won a seat to come to this House and how well you served your people as Member of Parliament."
