    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I beg to move the following Motion: THAT, this House adopts the Report of the Departmental Committee on Trade, Industry and Cooperatives including the Addendum to the Report, on its consideration of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the Republic of Kenya, a member of the East African Community of the one part and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of the other part, laid on the Table of the House on 18th February 2021 (including the Addendum laid on the Table of House on 9th March 2021) and pursuant to the provisions of section 8(4) of the Treaty Making and Ratification Act, 2012, approves the Ratification of the Economic Partnership Agreement (EPA) between the Republic of Kenya, a member of the East African Community of the one part and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland of the other part, and resolves that the Cabinet Secretary for Industrialisation or any other Cabinet Secretary under whom the Kenya-UK EPA is domiciled annually submits to the National Assembly- The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
