"content": "Article 7 of Annex 1 of the Agreement is giving duty free and quota free access to the UK market for Kenyan produced agricultural goods, as is the case with other products except arms. On the other hand, this Agreement under Article7 of Annex 2D subjects UK agricultural products being exported to Kenya to Customs Duty. This is the big difference. The country stands to gain from this arrangement. In other words, the Agreement excludes agricultural products from liberalisation. We will present the list. In the body of the Report, you will find there is a sensitive list of products that cannot be liberalised and, therefore, will attract levies. It is important to point out that the agricultural products excluded from liberalisation, meat and meat products, dairy products, honey, flowers, vegetables…"
