    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I wish to state, from the onset, that I will abstain. I will neither vote yes, nor no because of the content of the treaty. I thank the Leader of the Majority Party and even the Chairperson of the Committee for having given us a documentation that we are trying to catch up with in the shortest time possible. However, I do not have the volume which has statistics; that is Volume 2. Part of the reasons why I am saying I will abstain, is that I will neither vote yes, nor no, because I represent very specific interest in the House. I represent women’s and children’s interests as usual, and since I heard my brothers who represent Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), I also very strongly represent the interests of fishermen."
