I am grateful to the House for the approval because I had read it but, maybe, for our future dealings, may it go on record that such an important Treaty should be given proper latitude for debate by the House – more so considering the fact that the House is not involved in negotiating treaties from the very beginning? This has been a very short and too rushed time for Parliament to seriously consider a matter of this magnitude. Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy."
