These issues that the Chairman of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security and the Ministry of Interior and Coordination of National Government have addressed are intertwined and interconnected when you view them from the disability eye. This is because motorcycles are the cause of these disabilities through accidents. However, we concentrate so much on the riders and have forgotten our roads and poor infrastructure which have no lanes for motorcyclists to use.
