    "content": "I agree that all this has been made necessary because of the pressure that Kenyans feel. However, we must understand where the problem is. The problem we have in our telecommunication industry is regulation. The CAK, the CBK and the Competition Authority of Kenya are not doing their work. If they do their work well, Hon. Elisha, who is my good friend, would not have come up with the Kenya Information and Communications (Amendments) Bill. He came up with it because these people are sleeping on the job."
