    "content": "Further, the National Treasury should ensure the retirement of overdraft facility at the Central Bank of Kenya at the end of any Fiscal Year. (viii) THAT, in future, the National Treasury ensures that the borrowing strategies contained in the BPS and the MTDS are aligned in accordance with the provisions of section 33 of the PFM Act, 2012.
