    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me this chance to support this Bill. I belong to this Committee. The focus in this Bill as the Chairman indicated in his opening remarks is to enhance the sentences or penalties for offences. Our biggest problem in fighting drug trafficking in Kenya has been on the side of enforcement and the part of dealing with the traffickers. This Bill is addressing those critical areas.
