At the outset, allow me to associate myself with this Bill and thank the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security for the good work it has done, which is very timely. Looking at the way the honourable Member for Nyali has presented his case, especially looking at his other life before coming to the House, being Jicho Pevu, a programme he ran that really made us get to know exactly what happens behind the scenes… The way he has presented the case makes me feel that he has a lot of knowledge on what is happening. He has a lot of exposure behind the scenes, and it makes me feel this Bill is coming at the right time."
