    "content": "The Bill prescribes the various penalties related to the offences in possession and trafficking narcotics and psychotropic substances. The large interpretation of this is that now the police will not go for the small fish. It is obvious that when you walk into my farm, you are going to see marijuana or cannabis sativa planted on the farm. However, now what is happening is they are allowing the police to really go deeper to any possession of the substance and the traffickers of the substance who are the big boys in this game.
