    "content": "Drug trafficking in this country is a very serious issue. The use of drugs is directly proportional to the level of crimes generally. In countries where we have the highest prevalence of drug usage, especially in Latin America, this is where you find the highest murders in the world. The use of these banned substances leads people to engage in crimes. In a country where we have high level of unemployment, drug trafficking becomes a menace. Because these youths do not have gainful engagement, they are easily lured to be drug peddlers. Because this Bill has punitive measures and enhanced sentences for drug traffickers, it will lead to a reduction in drugs usage."
