    "content": "However, we have a Constitution which prohibits hanging of criminals. I am just saying that I will do otherwise if I had my way. To me, they are even worse than murderers because they kill slowly. They kill the dreams of young people and their future families. We have zombies all over the place. There are some people who must use these drugs every morning. Like the Hon. Member from Kilifi was saying, until they get that injection, they cannot even take tea. It is like that is the trigger of their lives. If the injection is not there, these people are dead. They will just be there as if they have lost direction, but once they inject themselves, they become sober and active."
