According to the Standing Order No.43, it would be subjudice to discuss this matter in the House before a ruling is made. Furthermore, I refer the hon. Member to the HANSARD of May, 2009 on the Parliamentary Question No.174 by Mr. Kioni, hon. Member for Ndaragwa in which I answered a similar Question."
