    "content": "We want to deal with one Bill from the time the IEBC sent the Bill to the 47 counties and the same Bill was passed in the form and content with which it came from the IEBC to be introduced in this House and to go to the people of Kenya. We do not even want a comma to be changed. It should be the same Bill dated the same day, debated by all the 47 county assemblies, passed and debated by the two chambers of Parliament and finally taken to the people of Kenya after the President will have sent it to the IEBC."
