    "content": "With regard to the sectorial policy recommendation, we propose that this House approves the attached Annex 1 which provides a list of all policy recommendations. These are drawn from Annex 2 which is the summary of the departmental committees’ observations and recommendations which have been discussed and approved by the Committee. We took into consideration all the recommendations that were brought forward by the departmental committees. I really want to thank the Chairs of the various departmental committees.
