    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. From the outset, I rise to support this Report by the Budget and Appropriations Committee, where I am a Member. I thank my colleagues for the good work that they have done. They took their time on it and they went an extra mile. I have one or two things to observe from this Report that I want to align myself to. The first one is to appreciate the two levels of government that negotiated the revenue sharing formula and the amount which was a thorn in the flesh of this country. That has been captured in the BPS. The county governments will get their money as they negotiated. An amount of Ksh370 billion is factored in the BPS and that will give them what they negotiated for.
