This is a terrible thing that we have done to ourselves in this country. The project was budgeted to cost about Kshs4 billion. We have so far paid Kshs6.5 billion, but the project is not complete. It needs another Kshs4 billion to be completed because of what you have just said. So, Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, I hope this is an issue you are going to resolve so that we make good investments of Kenyans’ money. Let us have Hon.
