    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. This Statement by Sen. Loitiptip is very important because in my county, we normally get money coming from different quarters. The money allocated to climate smart agriculture should be accounted for properly. Many a times, when money comes to our counties, nobody seems to care how much has been brought, how it is spent, and who are the beneficiaries, especially for this one that is going to Lamu, it should be very clear who the beneficiaries of these funds are. They must be the people who are responsible. In the first place, it should be the people who have farms, so that they can do farming. Mr. Speaker, Sir, you will find that in many counties, money goes to the county for a certain project, even if it is about water, and the people who benefit from those funds are not even the residents of that county. It is very important that when money goes to the county, it should be used properly and the people who are supposed to benefit should benefit from this money. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
