    "content": "Madam Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT clause 9 of the Bill be amended in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “of mung bean or mung bean products unless the person has obtained a licence from the relevant county executive committee member” appearing immediately after the words “large scale trading” and substituting therefor the words “in mung beans or mung beans products unless the person has obtained a licence from the relevant county government”."
