A person shall be qualified for appointment as a appointment. member of the county licensing committee under subsection (2)(a) and (b), if that person— (a) holds a degree from a university recognized in Kenya; (b) has at least five years’ experience in the agricultural sector; and (c) meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution."
