    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I thank you for this opportunity to also comment in support of the Motion by my friend and colleague, Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve. There is no denying that cancer has indeed become a serious problem in this country. In fact, it is moving towards becoming a real pandemic. If one is not infected, then chances are that we are all affected. In one way or another, it is a family member, friend, relative, neighbor or a colleague who has had to suffer cancer."
