    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, the Motion by Sen. (Dr.) Musuruve talks about giving a stipend to patients. When I read the Motion, it talks about “identified hospitals”. I wish to suggest that if a stipend is going to be given to cancer patients, that stipend should go to every cancer patient in every hospital and those who are suffering at home."
