    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Mwaliko Commission of Inquiry was commissioned in the year 2000 using taxpayers’ money. This Commission gave key recommendations. However, the Ministry internally chose a small inspection routine to overturn the Commission’s decision. We would like to know why the Minister chose the small team from his Ministry to overturn the decision of Mwaliko Commission of Inquiry and yet, taxpayers’ money was used to investigate the Harambee Sacco."
