    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I stand to second the Adjournment Motion by the Senate Majority Leader. The Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill, 2020, which is pertinent, has been committed to the Houses of Parliament. It requires that members of the public engage with legislators who are their representatives both for voting and opinion shaping. It is an ideal time because Members of this House will engage with members of the public and get to deal with the issues and explain matters that are still hazy where members of the public still require the input of their elected leaders."
