    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, just to join my colleagues, I support the Motion for Adjournment so that we go and meet our constituents and find out issues on the ground that we should legislate on. It is only after meeting our constituents and listening to them that we get to know issues that need legislation. Our core business in this House is to legislate for purposes of ensuring that services reach our people on the ground. The Constitution of Kenya (Amendment) Bill has been read the first time and that is commendable. I am sure we are going to ventilate on it when it comes for Second Reading. I believe it will pass because Kenya is for all of us. I thank you."
