    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I want to thank my friend, Sen. Khaniri for bringing this Statement. However, this is not the first time that this matter is coming before the House and also not the first time that my Committee has consistently being concerned. Gentlemen, we are all Kenyans. I must say that what Sen. Khaniri has brought here is not specific to his County; it is in all counties even here in Nairobi City. I do not know where you people live, but I can tell you that I am a culprit of these shortages. I keep on buying gadgets in my house, adapters and so forth. There is therefore no doubt that there is a problem."
