    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I do not thing there is a knee jerk solution to this problem. My Committee has gone into it several times, and we are ready to go back to it. I quite agree with you. I want the Members to have a chance where we will call these people and interrogate them. However, Parliament can only do the questioning, try to investigate, and try to offer solutions. My Committee has offered solutions. We told them not to buy transformers from some rural village in Northern India, Pakistan or China. We told them to buy transformers where we used to procure them from in Germany or Britain, and they can get a 10 year guarantee, and they used to stand."
