    "content": "It is not just a question of power outages, we all know that one time there were agencies that were charging people for electricity. They were stopped through the efforts of my Committee. I gladly accept that we call the Ministry and Kenya Power and Lighting Company to try and understand the urgent steps they are taking to make sure this problem is solved once and for all because a country that cannot provide stable and adequate power cannot develop. Thank you."
