    "content": "Cancer takes a toll on many people; the rich or poor, young or old. Everyone is a candidate of cancer. The issue of cancer should concern every Kenyan because we cannot be too careful. No Kenyan can say he or she is too careful not to get cancer. Therefore, this is a Motion that involves all Kenyans, rich or poor; in executive positions or not, they must take the issue of cancer seriously. As a nation, we must do something about it.
