    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, as a cancer survivor, my appeal is that each county government and the national Government should take the issue of cancer seriously and ensure that there are policies in place that support people with cancer in terms of treatment, palliation, prosthesis, and wigs. The county government needs to have a plan. Each county government needs to put in its yearly plan an initiative they are going to do for cancer survivors, so that they live long life. If they are given the opportunity – and I am a testimony - they can be productive. I know I am productive in this House because I was given an opportunity to live as a cancer survivor. I beg to move and call upon my fellow Senator, Sen. (Dr.) Milgo, to second this Motion. Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir."
