Okelo, you see, it will be difficult for me to issue any directions one way or the other because the way you have approached this matter is not in the normal way that is accommodated in our Standing Orders. The only thing that we can do is to have some little ventilation on it. We expect that the relevant authorities will be listening to this but I can assure you that I am not going to issue any directive because the only way I can issue a directive is when you formally approach the House in the manner that is stipulated. You have not asked for a Statement. There is no Question here. So, it is actually something that you are raising as a matter of public concern. I will give chance to the Leader of the Minority Party and, maybe, three other Members to just have their say and then that will be it."
