    "content": " Hon. Members, we are back in the Committee of the whole House to consider Clause 3 of the Refugee Bill (National Assembly Bill No.62 of 2019), which was re-committed. This will take a very short time. We, actually, have two amendments to Clause 3. One is by the Chairperson, Hon. Kaluma and the other one is by Hon. (Ms.) Millie Odhiambo. Hon. Millie is not in the House. Therefore, her amendment will be considered as dropped."
