"content": "There is a problem with education in some countries. There are some countries which do not believe in education at all. They believe in some policies. This has been a debate in those countries. Education equalizes all – the rich and the poor. The best way to equalize people is to educate them. Education gives an opportunity to everyone. ECD education is specific. There are partners. There are quite a number of people who are interested in it. We have the counties, Government schools and private schools. There are many stakeholders in this regime. Many people run schools which are not properly licensed to deal with ECD education. When a child misses ECD education, he or she is likely to have problems with education all through. The children who get it right from that moment are likely to do very well throughout. So, it is a very important component. This time round, it is being implemented by the counties. It has a lot of challenges."
