If you only need to do two when MPs have to do eight and you have billions when we are operating with millions, honestly, there must be a very visible change. I know that counties also have other things they are catering for, but one of the things that we have to do, especially because a lot of money will be going to the ground, is enhancing monitoring funds that go down. A proper and effective monitoring, not the kind that I am seeing some people come up with nowadays which is criminalising doing development work that is becoming very prevalent.
