    "content": "On the administration of ECD centres, the Bill has also specified the available resources so that across the country, from Lamu to Turkana, Kisumu to Mandera, all ECD centres must have a set curriculum. This curriculum should be developed by the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development. The Bill also talks about prohibition of exams to admit a child to an ECD centre. This particular Bill is quite important because it brings in the role of regulators and even the role of the Cabinet Secretary and the Teachers Service Commission (TSC)."
