    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for this opportunity to add my voice. From the onset, I support this Bill. This is the most important stage in a child’s life in the area of education. There is need for us to standardise the manner in which early childhood education is managed in this country. You will find that one county manages ECDE differently from another. That does not give all the children in this country an equal playing ground in this area. This law comes at a very important time, so that we can have a clear law that will guide the establishment of ECD centres that will eventually give us and the Government an opportunity to manage them in the right way. ` Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I support. Thank you."
