    "content": "The other thing that this Bill has done that is also very important is that it has put it categorically that young children have a right to free and compulsory early childhood education. We have standardised the curriculum of pre-primary education. I know that a lot of pre-primary institutions run their curriculum. They decide what they want to teach the children and some spend the whole day playing. We now have a structure where if you are running an ECD facility, there is a curriculum that you are supposed to follow."
