    "content": "The Bill will standardise the teaching resource capacity by ensuring that teachers who work in these institutions pass through the Teachers Service Commission. We have also provided a structure of ensuring that quality assurance is being done. We will ensure that these children who will go to Grade One under the new system and everything else that they do follow a process that connects them to the next level of education and all the way forward."
