    "content": "Therefore, I urge that this particular one be killed. This is the kind of matter where I agree with the courts. I doubt whether you were consulted on the constitutionality of this Bill before it was transacted by our sister House. Knowing your legal mind, this is not something that would have taken our legislative time when we have more serious matters pending. I urge Members to take the position that the views Hon. (Dr) Amollo has given us and others cannot save this thing. It is for rejection now that there is no ruling, finding it unconstitutional. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
