    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, your comments bring me back to the point that I have always insisted on in this House. In the last Senate, we had a Committee on Implementation. It would follow up on Motions passed and Petitions reported on, to ensure that actual implementation is done. The Committee would then report back to the House. When our Standing Orders were being amended, this Committee was scrapped.
